The perfect candidate is a positive team player who works with integrity, focus and the ability to maintain a calm, highly organized workflow in a very active, team environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Outbound phone calls to maintain customer accounts
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
- Maintain customer accounts in a highly organized manner
- Utilize exemplary communication skills to quickly and efficiently meet the needs of customers
QUALIFICATIONS
- Dedicated to customer service
- Dedicated to being well-organized
- Able to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs
- Excellent phone skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members
- Proactive in problem-solving
- Maryland Insurance Licenses Required (must be willing to obtain)
- Bilingual (Spanish)
